Heavyweight Cleanroom Ceiling Tile System, Edge Seal

Envirogard Gypsum Ceiling Tiles are designed for minimum particulate emission to make maintaining your cleanroom or critical environment easy. These ceiling tiles meet the U.S. Federal Standard (209E) for Class 100 (M 3.5) Cleanrooms and are certified ISO Class 5 per ISO 14644-1. The panels are also USDA/FSIS accepted and UL Fire Resistant. These credentials make Envirogard Ceiling Tiles viable options for laboratories, photo processing and food preparation areas, cleanrooms, and other environments which require a high standard of cleanliness.

Our Envirogard Ceiling Tiles are made from a gypsum core with vinyl facing and backing. The Envirogard core is fashioned from reinforced CertainTeed ProRoc® Type C gypsum board without the use of formaldehyde, ensuring stability, durability, and resistance to impact and sagging. The vinyl surface affords a higher sanitary standard and allows panels to be scrubbed clean if necessary. For extra protection against particulates, the ceiling tiles’ edges are also sealed, and the tile's 2.0 lbs/sq ft weight is well suited for the positive pressure generated by cleanrooms. These tiles also offer high reflectance and noise reduction.

Ceiling tiles are priced per carton. Each carton contains 32 square feet of ceiling tiles. For 2ft x 4ft tiles, cartons hold four tiles. Cartons of 2ft x 2ft tiles include eight tiles.
