Motorized Filters

We offer motorized clean room HEPA filters and motorized ULPA filters.

Motorized clean room filters are a self contained motorized filter assembly equipped with either a HEPA or UPLA filter element. The most common size is 2 ft x 4 ft but 2x2 and 2x3 are also available. The air velocity is adjustable to compensate for dust loading for time. A typical power requirement is 1.5-3.5 amps depending upon the model. Noise level is approx. 54 dba. The recommended initial air velocity is 90-100 feet per minute (fpm). It should be replacement when a no greater than 70 fpm can be achieved. Typically the blower assembly portion can be reused and only the filter element is replaced. This saves about half the cost of a complete unit. Several different configurations are available. Room side replacement filter element, flow thru light, hazardous environment, remote speed control, power cords and power indicator lights are only some of the many options we can supply.
