A ceiling gasket is applied when either a new or existing ceiling grid is not equipped with a gasket. The gasket can be applied either to the grid flange or to the tiles, lights, and filters. The gasket will help seal gaps in the ceiling grid system. An air tight seal helps create a positive pressure and prevents contamination from entering the cleanroom.
