Ceiling Tiles

Our cleanroom ceiling tiles are sealed to prevent particle contamination.

These cleanroom ceiling tiles are excellent for class 100,000 (ISO 8to class 100 (ISO 5) cleanroom environments, food preparation areas, laboratories and photo processing. These tiles meet federal sanitary requirements for clean room and food processing areas. Both standard weight and light weight tiles are offered. The lightweight tile weight is equal to a standard acoustical ceiling tile. It is ideally suited for retrofitting an existing 1" office grid into a cleanroom ceiling system. The standard weight tile is designed for 1.5" or 2" gasketed ceiling grids which are designed to handle its 2 lbs per sq ft weight.
